Describes life with HIV as a “chronic manageable condition” from what it’s to be and yet people are scared of the words “you are HIV-POSITIVE”.  A lot of changed since the first cases of the virus but he acceptance that the virus has its own physical symptoms usually leads to stigma, and the stigma in all communities of AIDS, especially in Gay Communities is one of the strongest and through-going. One of the lessons on HIV which hardly dies away is the fact that majority of those concerned about HIV viruses and the incidents of AIDS, are usually AIDS victims, some of whom are members of the Gay Community. He argues that besides the problems of social acceptance and struggling problems of the community, there is nothing more profound than the problems of physical changes. He gives us an example in his book that “Imagine having the words “AIDS” tattooed on your forehead. That’s how some people with HIV feel when they start to experience body shape changes, especially when they occur in the face…” He advises that “…studies have shown that replacing a nuke called Stavudine (Zerit) with either Abacavir (Zingen) or AZT (Retrovir) has produced “Statistically significant but clinical modest” increases in the amount of fat on extremities such as legs and arms.”

But he describes the greater challenge with HIV as the stigma that some with the diagnosis that the incurable has happened to such a person. A study of the probably list of opportunistic infections from bacteria, viruses, fungus, or other parasites, will meaning the range of available options leading to understanding the pathology of HIV virus. But the second set of opportunistic infection (OI) is broadly defined as viral breakdown of the foreign RNA and decrepit DNA floating in a different body.  The virus classes which can cause opportunistic infection leading to a possible death are namely, CMVs, VZNs, Hepatitis B or C, other mutations of HIV, and the world famous class of Virus called EBVs or the Epstein Barr Viruses and of the most susceptible class of viruses that are linked to HIV including the Ebola viruses which are B cell dominated, affected Gorilla whose blood types were mainly B group and the latter a by-product of the intricate activity of the immunogenic b cells. The CMVs are called after the Cytomegalovirus and are mainly characterized by the attempt to selectively and inductively oppose the magnificence of T-cells or Thymus-depended Cells, and the VZNs (Varicella-Zoster Virus) are from public and open information sources called Small-Pox and Shingles in older adults but are curable by introducing a self-inhibiting baby virus which in forms familiar with us as Cow Pox or Chicken poxes can achieve vaccination.

It is the height of science to devise an end through its means; an approach to medicine proves a poison its own antidote and removes the confusion from a replicate two RNA as a DNA. But such effort has failed with HIV for unlike these attacks to a site in the cell by the a chemical T-cells inhibiting cytokines and the Cytochrome which may cause Cancers or Sarcomas induced by Viruses or in terms of Kaposi’s Sarcomas growing out of problems associated with repressed immunology leading to its toxicity and cancer site like in plant’s Tobacco Mosaic, HIV proved itself a match for the development of the medicine required to overcome the lapses in human immunology due to the comparative relational to the complex of Thymine and fond of the CD4s which explains the weakness of the virus.
